Awesome iPhone apps
Free drinks, music and more

Sending real drinks through your iPhone? It sounds impossible, doesn't it? Not for an Arizona company that created a new Facebook application called Bartab. Bartab gives users the ability to purchase and send real drinks to friends for the low cost of one dollar. It turns into a virtual coupon that becomes redeemable at participating bars. The application currently is only available in Arizona. More than 100 bars are active participants.
While people are out buying you real drinks, you should always drink responsibly. The application Can I drive yet? is designed to calculate if you're suitable to drive. It calculates your weight, height and number of drinks and creates a blood alcohol level based on national blood alcohol standards.
Ever walk through a store and wonder what song is playing? Shazam is a music identifier application that can give you all the information you need to add that song to your collection. It gives you the artist, song name, album and sometimes even a link to where you can download the song.
I personally don't own an iPhone nor do I intend on buying one, but some things are just too technologically
