Have you always wanted an iPhone, but either find yourself under a different company than AT&T or just a little short of cash?
Motorola now has the cure that you've been missing.
The Droid 2.0 is Motorola's new answer to the iPhone's great success. This is a new and improved Android phone.
With a metal case and new, non-spring-assisted slide, this phone is going to hold up under some of the most extreme conditions.
This could be one reason that the Internet feature has been said by experts to work so well.
Another big feature Google added to the phone was free maps and navigation.
This is a great feature and a first in terms of free navigation application on a phone.
One of the features that it brings to the table is the copy and paste feature of text.
Most reviewers have said that this is difficult to learn on the phone, though.
The contact list is something that Apple needs and is currently looking into.
The engineers at Motorola finally figured out how to catch up with Blackberry, allowing for the Droid to get on your Facebook.
Once on your Facebook it updates your contact list from there and gives each contact his or her profile picture for his or her contact picture.
The phone was released Friday.
With many harsh reviews, the second generation of this phone is probably going to be just around the corner.
